Job Description
We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, fun individual to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, creative and has strong management skills. Must display leadership skills, creativity and have lots of patience.
Duties include but not limited to:
Plan, organize, develop and direct quality activities for residents ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs are met.
Ability to communicate professionally with residents, family members, health care workers and co workers
Prepare and post monthly activity calendars.
Must have the ability to accept and preform responsibilities as outlined above with a positive attitude.
But most of all ensuring the residents are enjoying themselves and having fun!
Must be Certified Activity Director
