• 0–50 miles: $41

Job Details

• Dedicated local refrigerated freight account
• Starting location: Henderson, NC, distribution center
• Delivery territory includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, within approximately 300 miles of the distribution center
• Approximately 1,250 miles per week
• Typically 1–3 routes per day, with 1–3 stops per trip
• 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
• International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs
• Slip-seat operation
• Occasional 10-hour breaks on the road; rare overnight hotel stays may be required

Shift Details

• Home daily
• Night shifts with start times between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Rotating schedule: six days worked followed by a 34-hour restart, then five days worked followed by two days off
• Weekend work is required
• Heavier freight volumes Wednesday through Saturday
• Some deliveries occur overnight to support store stocking and reduce traffic

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Must ensure customers acknowledge arrival at delivery locations

Training & Benefits

• Classroom training: 1 day, paid at $50
• Ride-along training: 2–3 days, paid at $100 per day
