Great Lakes Solar is looking for anyone who is looking for an opportunity to earn a six figure income, while helping their community out.

No solar or sales experience is required.

We provide training, we will teach all the skills necessary to make sure you are successful in this industry and help hold your hand to seeing a high six figure income.

What You’ll Do

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners in local communities, helping them lower their electricity bills and giving them a lower rate not subject to the rate increases they are currently experiencing.

You’ll learn how to:

• Start conversations with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
• Identify homeowner needs and potential opportunities
• Educate homeowners about their energy options
• Schedule qualified consultations
• Handle objections professionally
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Track your daily activity and performance
• Grow to be a leader in the industry

Training & Development

We don’t expect you to figure this out on your own.

New representatives receive structured training covering:

• Solar and energy fundamentals
• Communication and prospecting
• Our sales process
• Objection handling
• Daily field training
• One-on-one coaching
• Performance development

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced representatives and managers as you develop.

Career Growth

Our development path:

Sales Representative → Senior Sales Representative → Area Sales Manager

Advancement is based on performance, consistency, leadership ability, and your ability to help develop others—not simply how long you’ve been with the company.

Compensation

This is a performance-driven sales opportunity .

Your earning potential is high six figure, with an average rep earning $150,000 - $250,000+ per year top earners making $500,000+ per year
